Looking to give more beauty and elegance to your home? KsArtsDallas is the perfect place to start.
I came across this place from a friend, and having looked through the gallery, located at 4065 E Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX, 75074; I was amazed by the vast inventory and beautiful pieces. It features a lot of Arab culture, Islamic references, and the coolest part–all products are handmade!
I was so happy to meet the owner, Khalida, who greeted me at the door and let me look around. She told me and showed me videos of how her products get handmade in Jordan. It's incredible, and seeing the products in person at the gallery makes you feel that love from the products being handmade. The long hours many of these items took 14 hours or more to make. These items are made from materials like clay, acrylic, and wood. Then, they're handpainted. Handpainted? Yes! As an artist myself, I sincerely give my gratitude for how much effort that takes! I paint traditionally on canvases and have made little clay pieces, but these bigger displays... are handpainted?! Absolutely wonderful.
Even the plates, utensils, and serving items are handmade by a hammer to help pound some texture and detailing.
KsArtsDallas is THE place you need to go to for this Ramadan and Eid season–in fact all year for your home decor or to gift to someone. These pieces are great to add a bit of culture, elegance, and appreciation for handmade works in the comfort of your home. If you're in Dallas, come by her opening times! If you're not, you can browse through her Shopify at Ksartsdallas.com.
